[rt-users] Make changes to SrcipAction

I wrote a ScriptAction and it appears to function fine, then I made some
changes to it, but my changes are not reflected at all!  Instead, the old
scrip is still running.  I'm so puzzled by this.  The old scrip doesn't
even exist anymore, what is going on?  Do I have to insert the modified
scrip to the database again?  What happens every time a scrip's condition
is met?  Doesn't rt execute the ScripAction in rt2/lib/RT/Action?  How
should I modify an exsisting ScriptAction?
