[rt-users] enhanced mailgate

I too am using the enhanced mailgate without PGP and have noticed the same
thing as Grega about certain pseudo-headers not working.

I installed enhanced mailgate and used it without PGP. As I understood,

priority

in mail, I wrote these lines:

rt-priority: 10

rt-final-priority: 20

RT-Starts: 02/12/2002

RT-Started: 13/12/2002

RT-resolved: 12/12/2002



Did I misspelled somewhere?



I have some more questions:

what exactly do I have to do, to add PGP (GPG)?

Why time-worked and time-left are not implemented? Are these features

different from all the others?
