[rt-users] tmp files, rt.log files

How do I turn off /tmp/rt.log.* all together?  I get a lot of 0 byte files
in /tmp.

I also see a bunch of files that look like:

/tmp/5RigCaWUCa
/tmp/5lq1sRRMcT
/tmp/5nCCMDgETI
/tmp/5rirUUSPyf
/tmp/5rluoutlAs

These only appear on the hosts running rt - what's making those files?
