Hi.

I've installed RT 2.0.12 on a RedHat 7.2 system with QMail.  I have
created queue called "api"  It's addresses are api and api-comment. 
Whenever I send a request to api at myserver.com, I get:

corespond aliases require a TicketId to work on


Test #15

The Everyone group has Create, Reply, Command and See permissions on the
api queue.

I have somewhere missed something in the documentation as I have
everything else in RT working as expected.

Could some kind person send me a clue?  Thanks in advance.
