[rt-users] Remedy integration.

Hi.
We are a small daughter company of a teleco operating in the nordic region
of europe. We use rt to handle our support email.
Our parent company uses Remedy, and wants us to integrate our trouble
ticketing system into theirs.
Has anyone on the list attempted any form of remedy integration, and if so,
do you have any tips for us on how to do this?
