[rt-users] Perl version mismatch (5.6.0 vs 5.6.1)

mod_perl embeds perl into your apache.  If you upgrade perl around it,
you need to re-build mod_perl to use the upgraded perl stuff (ie, you
have to update the embedded perl bits within apache).
