[rt-users] How to change default in resolve from "comment" to "correspondanc e" ?

Hi,
 
By default, when choosing "Resolve" on a ticket,
the transaction is of type "comment".
 
How can I change this default to be "correspondance",
so that the requestor is informed of the resolution ?
