[rt-users] Sending attachments to a requestor

Hallo all,

i've got a question, that couldn't be answered by reading the manual.

It happens that we have to send attachments to a requestor, but it does
not work, when we use the webinterface. So we tried to send it by mail
into the system, but it doesn't work either. Where is the mistake?
