[rt-users] RT everyone see their ticket

I have rt setup to allow all the support people to see their tickets and 
the tickets they are attempting to work on. I also have a guest account so 
that all can see all the tickets. However is it possible to allow users who 
just submit tickets in to have accounts to view the open queues as well as 
see a list of their tickets?
