[rt-users] Change Ticket Attrib via Email

I checked the FAQ and it suggests looking at enhanced-mailgate, which I did.
But the datestamp puts it a year old and I'm wondering if it is safe to use
with 2.0.15 and if anyone is using it?  Also, does anyone have any more
detailed instructions for configuring gpg to work with it?
