[rt-users] turning buglist.html into errata.html?

I need something that gives the functionality of this page: 
http://fsck.com/rt2/NoAuth/Errata.html which appears to be a modified 
version of Buglist.html from contrib.  Has anyone else implemented this, 
or can it be downloaded somewhere?  I attempted to make Buglist.html do 
something similar, but didn't get too far with it.
