[rt-users] time/date not correct in db

Hi,

I have RT installed on an s390 and when I create
tickets I noticed that none of the times are recorded
so that we can keep track of ticket times(LastUpdated,
etc).  I went into the database and I see that all of
the fields that should have the system times in them
are instead filled with garbage.  Very odd.  Any
ideas?
