[rt-users] Can't login (NO AUTHENTICATION - NOT MOVING)

When i enter the root user and password, It just goes back
on the first login window and just stays there.

Now im wondering why does Apache::Session can't be seen on and
Apache::Cookie
I even download them on cpan.org

And did

BTW, this apache session and cookie are being seen on "perl -MCPAN -eshell"
console.

And still does not work, Is this problem related on my login problems??
