[rt-users] Autoreply sending empty message, but gives unexpected end of header error.

I saw this before.  Is your autoreply template different from the
default one?  Maybe some commands you added will die with an error
message, and the template refused to being parsed.  Try to delete some
commands you embed in the template and see if it works.
