The "lot of work" is:

  - Read http://fsck.com/pub/rt/devel/waprt-preview-1.README
  - Download http://fsck.com/pub/rt/devel/waprt-preview-1.tar
  - Install

That said, I use WebRT from my Blackberry, and it works great, so I
suspect the iPaq browser will work fine too.
