[rt-users] email help

[Arren Mund]

I setup rt for a class and they would like to be able to use the e-mail
features of it, such as adding messages to a queue, adding users,
changing their passwords, etc,etc..  Is there any documentation on this
anywhere?  In the manual on the webpage
(http://www.bestpractical.com/rt) there is a section called "Email" that
is completely blank.
