[rt-users] on single comment send mail to cc

Hi,

After some assistance from this mailinglist and testing I got this script 
configuration. This makes all cc/bcc and "send comment to requestor" options 
to work.


         OnCorrespond NotifyOtherRecipients with template Correspondence
         OnComment NotifyOtherRecipientsAsComment with template Correspondence
         OnCorrespond NotifyRequestorsAndCcs with template Correspondence
