Huh?  This should've been fixed by L::M::L 0.09.

Otherwise, please download Locale-Maketext-Lexicon-0.091.tar.gz from
http://www.autrijus.org/Locale-Maketext-Lexicon-0.091.tar.gz and try
installing it.
