[rt-users] index.html won't work for mod_perl2 RedHat

Check today's arhives (the thread with the subject of "RT3 DOA - won't
accept mail"). Your rt-mailgate will stop working now (because
/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway will not be treated as a Mason comp).
