Hi All, I have set up the priorities on the Queues to start at 25 and over time go up to 99, but this never happens... (Tickets are set to be due 2 days after opening). Thanks! Art PS, is anyone else getting crazy spam by posting to this list? Is there a way to protect the email addresses in the list archives?
