[rt-users] Template variables

Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1. Where can I found the list of what can be embedded in a Template? The
only one I know is what is already in some templates (Ticket->id or
Transaction->description) but is there any doc about them?

2. I'd like to add either the complete correspondence or the mail body
that created the ticket in the resolved template. Is it possible? How?
