[rt-users] rt-mailgate enahanced

Hi all,

I have just installed RT2.  I am now trying to use rt-mailgate enhanced
form
the contib dir.

The script says that if I send mail to rt at host I can have header
keywords to
parse into the db que.

I am sending emails with keywords
RT-Id:78359
RT-Requestor:First Lastname
RT-Owner:First Lastname

The email get placed on the que.  The keywords are stripped from the
beginning
of the emails but they do not show up in the db attributes the imply.

Do the values need to be preconfigured into RT before the attributes
will take on those
values?
