[rt-users] cap letters appearing as html links - rt3.0.5

So I've failed to find where RTIR's Transaction related callbacks are or how
to remove RTIR.

Is is simply removing /opt/rt3/local/html/Callbacks/RTIR amd html/RTIR,
disabling any Queues RTIR installed ?
