[rt-users] Odd report for creation date

Should I be worried about this?

Huh? I'm really confused. The column type is reported as "datetime" 
but, well, I'm not aware of the above being any sort of valid datetime 
format. I've not looked for other issues in the db, thought I'd check 
if this was normal (or a known issue).
