[rt-users] RT dump import errors on postgresql 7.4

For every user created I get the following messages in the logs

Which is follwed by the attachment.

Should I be concened about these messages or can I ignore them? In are 
the users, along with tickets
and the attachments being created?

By the way, the log is at about 845M.
