[rt-users] syslog messages RE: issues with attachments

I noticed that on my 3.0.7_1 installation. I can reproduce it by loading
index.html (before logging in) and when logging out.

I don't know if the query above is verbatim, but it looks like it's
missing an "=" in the WHERE clause (Name=?). That would certainly cause
a database error. :-)
