[rt-users] Some requestors not getting correspondence

sounds plausible. I'd run tcpflow on the rt box, and see if you can
capture RT sending mail to them. Either you'll be able to, in which
case there's not much you can do to fix it, or there'll be some more
serious problem with your rt setup.
