[rt-users] Adding ticket status

Hi,

Currently I am using RT 2.0.14. In that version 5 status for tickets 
which are (new, open, stalled, resolved, dead). I have requirement to 
add in additional status for the ticket (like "pending RMA"). Is there 
anyway to do that? Please give me some pointer. Thanks.
