I've been looking over Freeside (http://www.sisd.com/freeside/), and I remember seeing something about it integrating with RT. However, I don't see anything on their site right now. Just wondering if anyone's ever gotten the two to work well together, and if anyone has any horror/success stories they could forward along? TIA...
