[rt-users] install problem - DBIx::SearchBuilder

Looks like its failing during the tests. This may be caused because the
module test will try to logon to mysql as root without a password.

Try to remove the password from mysql (for root) during the install. To
remove the password, "mysql> SET PASSWORD ('')". Don't forget to put it
back :o)
