[rt-users] Messages to multiple queues.

Here's an interesting one.

If I send a message to two rt-entrypoints then two tickets are created -
one in each queue.  All fair and dandy, and everyone who ought to see the
message does so.

However if I reply to a ticket and CC a second ticket entrypoint (for
information) then that CC is effectively silently ignored, since the
ticket is delivered to the first queue and only it's scrips are actioned.

Does anyone have a stock solution to this problem?
