[rt-users] RT not committing

Got it working :)

    Aparently CLOB is a new oracle datatype and lots of drivers dont 
support it and it still has issues. changing them to varchar2(4000) fixed 
that issue.

I have rt 2.0.15 working with Oracle 8.1.7 server

I had to tweak alot but it can work :)
