[rt-users] Backup

[Owen B. Mehegan]

Does anyone have any refined methods in place for backing up their RT setup
that I could use? If not, would my best bet be to create a cron job that
backs up the RT root document tree and does a mysqldump and backs that up as
well? What else should I consider?
