[rt-users] Reporting on Time Spent

Trying to avoid reinvention of the wheel:

Did anyone ever develop any script to get a report on "Time Spent"?

I'm looking for possibilities to generate a Report on Time Spent summarized
per OWNER and Queue.

We setup an own Queue for all of our clients and would like to get an
overview on time spent on tickets summarized by Owner and Queue for specific
timeframes for billing purposes.
