[rt-users] Problems starting apache after installing RT

OK, I've been banging my head against this for over an hour and can't seem
to get anywhere. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious at this point, and
just need someone else's eyes to look at it:)

I've got rt installed on apache 1.3.23 with modperl 1.26, and I've
configured a vhost to run rt. However, when I try to start apache, I get the
following error:

Syntax error on line 1580 of /etc/httpd/httpd.conf:
config.pm did not return a true value at /opt/rt/bin/webmux.pl line 39.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/rt/bin/webmux.pl line 39.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 167) line 1.

I've copied the relevant section of httpd.conf and all of config.pm (with
passwords changed:) below:

--------BEGIN httpd.conf----------
<VirtualHost rt.veil.homeip.net>
    DocumentRoot /opt/rt/WebRT/html
    ServerName rt.example.com
    PerlRequire /opt/rt/bin/webmux.pl
    <Location />
        SetHandler perl-script
        PerlHandler RT::Mason
    </Location>
</VirtualHost>
---------End httpd.conf-----------

#$SendmailArguments="-oi -t -ODeliveryMode=b -OErrorMode=m";
