[rt-users] 8bit in rt-2.0.15

hello everyone. i have installed rt on sparc solaris8 system. all
working correctly except one thing. letters wroted with 8bit encoding:

1) have a broken subject in web interface (but in rt-mailgate code,
after reteive mime header subject is normal)

2) 8bit message body, broken in 'comment' screen, in the textfield area.

charset is koi8-r. any idea?
