[rt-users] Scripting a page to be sent on auto-create

I am attempting to create a user (and email address to a pager) and then
use the auto-create script to send a notification whenever a new ticket
is created.

I have the user created, but am having difficulty modifying the script
to auto-email that user.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
