[rt-users] one rt instance two different formats

Subject: [rt-users] one rt instance two different formats

I added another queue "admins" and would like to not have tickets named
using the $rtname variable that rt seems to be using to make "[hostname
#104]" subject lined mailings. Instead I'd like a "General #" and
"Admins #". Is this a simple procedure?
