[rt-users] Error on creating a ticket

Hi,

For some odd reason, when sombody emails by support@ email address i get the
following error in my syslog...

Jul 10 22:29:10 ns RT: RT could not load a valid user, and RT's
configuration does not allow for the creation of a new user for your email.
(/usr/local/rt3/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm:466)

The ticket is not created in RT, however if I email the system from one
specific email address it works. This email address is registered to my
username in RT.

Any ideas?
