[rt-users] Import 2.0 to 3.0 Script Location

Hello:

First off, I apologize if this has been posted a thousand times.  The dig
feature on the website was unable to come up with messages pertaining to the
above, and I can't find it in the 3.0 contrib directory.

So, without further ado, can someone point me to the location of the Import
script for going from 2.0 to 3.0?
