[rt-users] mysql database gone

Hi All,

I have installed RT for the first time. After running the make 
initializedb I am not able to see my mysql databases other than rt by 
login on from root, I think there is something happened with the mysql 
GRANTS and PRIVILEGES for the root as I can only see my RT3 and test 
database by login to root. How can I bring back my mysql database or the 
root GRANTS and PRIVILEGES as they were before installing RT.
