[rt-users] RT 3.0.3 installation problem

I am installing RT 3.0.3 on a FreeBSD 4.8 with perl 5.6, apache 1.3,
mysql41-server and modperl1.

I have all the correct modules installed, but I have had problems:

1) I can't execute "make initialize-database"

# make initialize-database
make: don't know how to make initialize-database. Stop

2) I can't start apache

# /usr/local/sbin/apachectl start
