Like in http://lists.fsck.com/pipermail/rt-users/2003-July/015395.html I have the same problem. When I try to reply in RT and include an article, no error but the body doesn't include the article I selected. I used the RC1 version of RTFM and also the rtfm-snap. Filippo Del Prete
