[rt-users] Turning on debugging for Scrips?

I'm trying to debug some scrips issues I'm having (sometimes mail is
being sent, sometimes it's not) and only being able to use the mail logs
is really slowing me down.  Is there anyway to enable logging/debugging
information for RT?
