[rt-users] Corrupt attachments

Jesse,

We already had perl 5.8.0 installed, so we tried to upgrade to 3.0.4
using 'make upgrade' as per the instructions.

Now we are getting an error when we try to access the web page. Is this
simply a permissions issue, or something more serious?
