[rt-users] Open Ticket Command

Can anyone point me at the command that I could issue in a script to set 
the status of
tickets to open.  I have one queue that I want tickets to automatically 
open when they
come into that queue.

I been looking at the EditBasic scripts in the /Ticket but I'm not sure 
what to call.
