[rt-users] RT::User::crit Unimplemented in RT::User (persistent problem encountered in RT3)

Hi Phil, Hi all,
Do you have any idea about what's left to do? Upon installing, I followed 
the instructions as specified in the README file, but as I am not an expert 
(yet ;)), I would appreciate your advice.
Would it be sufficient to get rid of that particular file, and reinstall 
RT-3-0-3?
