[rt-users] Locale-Maketext-Lexicon fails "make test"

I'm one perl module away from being able to install rt 3.0.3.

Locale-Maketext-Lexicon, however, fails two tests in t/1-basic.t.  #19,
Gettest - MO File, and #30, Multiple lexicons, fail.

Google has provided no clues.  Any ideas welcome.

Should these tests preclude running "test install" anyway?
