[rt-users] RT-Send-CC isn't mailing

Yesterday I made a comment to a ticket and CC'd someone...  I do see the 
CC recorded in the ticket history:
     RT-Send-CC: foo at lehigh.edu

I do have this scrip set up:
     OnCorrespond NotifyAllWatchers with template Correspondence

Can someone help me find the cause of the problem?
