[rt-users] Duplicate group names; group name case changes

Hi.

I'm using RT 3.0.0.

I guess this is a bug in RT3: it's possible to have at least two groups
with the same name.

Another thing is that it is not possible to make case-only changes to
group names: I wanted to change 'General' to 'general'. RT3 said something
like 'illegal value'. When changing the name to something else first, it's
ok.
